Title
Effect of lung morphology on particle deposition in the airways

Summary
In this project, I will develop mathematical models to study particle deposition in the airways. Numerical simulations of particle deposition will be carried-out on airways segmented from CT images of lungs. The goal is to investigate how lung morphology affect particle deposition.

Aims

- Segmentation of lung airways from CT images
- Generation of finite element mesh for lung airways
- Numerical simulations of particle deposition in the airways
