Title
Lung cancer prognosis in CNUH
Summary
- Comprehensive cancer prediction guides optimal cancer treatment based on an individual prognostic prediction simulation. It achieves rapid response therapy through real-time probability prediction of emergency diseases while influencing the survival of cancer patients.
- We want to develop a predictions platform for accurate, comprehensive cancer medical care. We automatically set and validate prognostic models using deep learning techniques based on survival data, such as treatment response, recurrence, and mortality.
- Using pathology images, the researchers discover and establish predictive models based on survival data.
- Establish and validate prognostic models based on survival data using structural analysis and deep learning techniques through automatic tumor extraction from pathology imaging.
Aims

My project focus on 2 problems:
- Segmentation the lung cancer region
- Prognosis the survival time of lung cancer patient
