Title
3D Visualization and segmentation of lung CT

Summary
While object detection and classification are ideal tasks for deep learning, segmentation poses unique challenges. This is because the creation of masks are not always straightforward as well as highly labor intensive.

Aims

The goal of this project is to explore approaches for effective labeling, segmentation and visualization of CT lung images.
