Title
AI Driven Imaging Biomarkers

Summary
Recently there is an upsurge trend in exploring the potential of AI for analyzing medical data to improve lives for the better. With this in mind, we intend to develop novel machine learning algorithms to characterize TME spatial signatures from whole-slide images (WSIs) to serve as a prognostic imaging biomarker.

Aims

Using machine learning models for analyzing gigapixel histology images to find some of the potential prognostic factors of clinical outcomes.
