Summary
We are creating a machine learning atlas of anatomy and pathology for the chest. We plan to use the MD.ai platform to annotate the CT scans and create machine learning models for segmentation and classification of chest anatomy.

Aims

- Segment chest anatomy
- Develop a segmentation machine learning model
- Identify abnormalities
- Develop a machine learning differentiator for normal/abnormal for the relevant chest structures
- Classify abnormalities
- Train a classification machine learning algorithm
