Title
Analysis of Baseline Exam in ACF Study
Summary
Provide a brief abstract of 300 words or less. Aberrant crypt foci (ACF) are possible precursors of adenomas and colorectal cancers. Estimate of the prevalence of ACF vary widely. This study examines the prevalence of endoscopic ACF, risk factors for ACF, and the concordance of endoscopic and histologic ACF
Aims

Specific Aim 1: To describe endoscopic findings on initial ACF exam 2. To describe histologic findings of initial ACF exam by endoscopic category. 3. To correlate endoscopic and histologic findings with baseline covariates.
