Title
Machine learning to differentiate between malignant and benign nodules

Summary
It is still a diagnostic challenge in clinics to differentiate between nodules which are less than 1 cm if they are malignant or benign. We would like to use deep learning analysis techniques to help differentiate between these nodules. For this we will need lung cancer nodule images which are less than 1 cm and were malignant. Also we will need subcentimeter lung nodules images which were not malignant.

Aims

1. To use deep neural networks to differentiate malignant vs benign subcentimeter nodules.
2.To differentiate between different types of lung cancer
