Title
Continued deep learning modeling for early detection
Summary
Whilst at Enlitic I initiated the first research into the use of deep learning for early diagnosis of lung cancer, with very promising results. Having moved into academia, I would like to develop this research in a more open setting.
Aims

- Develop open research showing how to utilize deep learning for early detection of lung cancer
- Investigate recent advances in deep learning and their impact on detection
- Build automatic segmentation and lesion tracking tools
