SPORE Grant Pipeline

Summary
We would like to download and use a single CT scan from the NLST dataset and perform radiomics texture analysis on that scan. This will be used in support of a SPORE grant application from Paul Kinahan. If the SPORE is granted, many more images will be downloaded and analyzed, and will be treated as a new project.

Aims

To apply texture feature analysis to a single NLST CT image.
