Title
Proteomic, Glycomic and Autoantibody Markers that Complement CT Imaging for Early Lung Cancer Detection

Summary
We are performing analysis on 250 lung cancer cases and controls with positive CT findings from the FHCRC Lung Cancer Early Detection Clinic to create a risk prediction model (i.e., a rule combining CT and clinical data).

Aims

Our specific aims are to perform validation of our multivariate analysis of CT imaging parameters to distinguish malignant from benign nodules identified on CT chest imaging.
