CDAS is not currently accepting preliminary grant applications for Funding Opportunity Announcement PAR-15-297.

The deadline for preliminary grant applications was July 16, 2016. A new window for submission will open up again approximately in December, 2016. Please check CDAS for updates. PLCO EEMS Round 21 is closed to preliminary applications. Full applications remain open for individuals with approved preliminary applications.

Full applications will only be accepted until March 1, 2016. To access your full applications, you must login to CDAS. The deadline for PLCO EEMS preliminary applications was January 3, 2016. Please check CDAS for updates on the next round of PLCO EEMS proposal review. Preliminary applications will only be accepted until January 3, 2016. If you plan to submit an EEMS application this cycle, an approved preliminary application is required. Please note that this has changed from previous application cycles. Once your preliminary application has been approved, you will be notified and you will be able to continue and submit a full application. The deadline for full application submission is March 1, 2016.
