PLCO EEMS Round 36 open for preliminary applications from Feb 24 to Aug 17, 2023

Preliminary applications will only be accepted from February 24 to August 17, 2023. If you plan to submit an EEMS application this cycle, an approved preliminary application is required. Once your preliminary application has been approved, you will be notified and you will be able to continue and submit a full application.

The full application deadline is October 3, 2023. The full applications will undergo panel review and final outcome notifications will be sent in early December 2023.
