The following MEM dataset(s) are available for delivery on CDAS. For each dataset, a Data Dictionary that describes the data is publicly available. In order to obtain the actual data in SAS or CSV format, you must begin a data-only request. Data will be delivered once the project is approved and data transfer agreements are completed.

Data Dictionary (PDF - 101.0 KB)	1. The Master Basic dataset includes demographics and lung cancer risk factor information.
Data Dictionary (PDF - 165.2 KB)	2. The Master Cancer dataset includes clinical observation and treatment of participant for possible or confirmed cancer.
Data Dictionary (PDF - 163.6 KB)	3. The Master Cytology dataset includes descriptive and analytical data for cytological specimens.
Data Dictionary (PDF - 116.4 KB)	4. The Master Death dataset includes records of death and its causes where available.
Data Dictionary (PDF - 124.4 KB)	5. The Master Follow-Up Questionnaire dataset includes records of changes in personal data, illnesses, hospitalizations, and smoking history.

Data Dictionary (PDF - 115.2 KB)	7. The Master Status Change dataset includes records of change in relation to study. Reasons include withdrawal, non-compliance, and an inability to contact.
