Memorial Sloan-Kettering Lung Study (MEM) Datasets

The following MEM dataset(s) are available for delivery on CDAS. For each dataset, a Data Dictionary that describes the data is publicly available. In order to obtain the actual data in SAS or CSV format, you must begin a new MEM project. Data will be delivered once the project is approved and data transfer agreements are completed.

1. The Master Basic dataset includes demographics and lung cancer risk factor information.

2. The Master Cancer dataset includes clinical observation and treatment of participant for possible or confirmed cancer.

3. The Master Cytology dataset includes descriptive and analytical data for cytological specimens.

5. The Master Follow-Up Questionnaire dataset includes records of changes in personal data, illnesses, hospitalizations, and smoking history.

7. The Master Status Change dataset includes records of change in relation to study. Reasons include withdrawal, non-compliance, and an inability to contact.
