Title
Probabilistic decision support for lung cancer screening
Summary
In this project, our goal is to apply machine learning approaches in developing a probabilistic decision support system for lung cancer screening.
Aims

1. Develop a machine learning framework for lung abnormality detection
2. Assess the efficacy of approaches based on lung nodule segmentation versus more holistic assessment of the lung
3. Evaluate radiomics and radio-patholomics appraoches to lung cancer screening
