5DCT Radiation Oncology

Summary
My lab at UCLA Radiation Oncology is building a respiratory dynamic motion model for patients undergoing radiotherapy to the lung. We would like to build a stable diffusion model and need access to a large set of 3D CT Images.

Aims

- Aim 1:Build Conditional VAE Model for UCLA 5DCT Data
- Aim 2: Build Stable Diffusion Model with NLST Data
- Aim 3: Fine Tune for Stable Diffusion Model for 5DCT UCLA Data
