Development and validation of a lung cancer risk prediction model

Summary
The general purpose of this study is to attempt to validate and further enhance a lung cancer risk prediction model developed in the Prostate, Lung, Colorectal and Ovarian Cancer Screening Trial data. The PLCO model is describe in the following paper: Tammemagi CM, Pinsky PF, Caporaso NE, et al. Lung cancer risk prediction: prostate, lung, colorectal and ovarian cancer screening trial models and validation. Journal of the National Cancer Institute 2011;103(13):1058-68.
