Title
BRG IDATA Analyses
Summary
This project will investigate multiple facets of the measurement error structure of the self-report and device-based diet and physical activity measures in IDATA relative to each other and to gold-standard biomarker measurements.
Aims

* Model-based estimates of Attenuation factors/Correlation with truth for self-report and device-based measures
* Evaluation of complete measurement error structure for self-report and device-based measures
* Sensitivity analyses for analytical methods that use self-report or device based measures in lieu of truth
* Comparison of intake/physical activity distributions based on the various measures
* Use of IDATA results as external/supplemental information in measurement error modeling of other data sources
