Summary
This project aims to utilize the cancer database to conduct a thorough analysis of genomic data from various cancer types. Aims
1. To compile and analyze genomic data from at least five different cancer types.
To identify genetic mutations and expression patterns that are associated with aggressive cancer phenotypes.
To develop predictive models for patient outcomes based on genomic data.
To collaborate with clinical researchers to validate the identified therapeutic targets.
