Title
BMI trajectory and the risk of endometrial cancer
Summary
Endometrial cancer is a common malignant tumor in gynecology. Body Mass Index (BMI), as an important indicator of physical health, had been linked to the development of many cancers. The trajectory of BMI can dynamically reflect the changes of individual's health over a lifetime. BMI is a recognized risk factor for endometrial cancer, but the association between BMI trajectory and the risk of endometrial cancer remains unclear. We plan to use the data in PLCO trials (such as age, dietary and habit, especially for multiple BMI data in different age) to explore the association between BMI trajectory and the risk of endometrial cancer by trajectory analysis.
Aims

To explore the association between BMI trajectory and the risk of endometrial cancer.
