Title
The crosstalk effect of different chronic disease comorbidities and associated drugs on the risk of tumor morbidity and death.
Summary
With the acceleration of population aging, cardiovascular diseases and tumors have become the two major causes of increasing global health burden. Many evidences suggest that there is a certain correlation between common chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and COPD and tumors, and their epidemiological and pathophysiological mechanisms are similar. What is the complex relationship between tumor and chronic disease? Is there a bidirectional relationship between pathophysiological mechanisms? The current epidemiological evidence is weak. Therefore, we plan to conduct a longitudinal study of a large population sample to observe the effects of different chronic diseases and their associated drugs on the risk of tumor onset and death.
Aims

We aimed to explore the crosstalk effect of different chronic disease comorbidities and associated drugs on the risk of tumor morbidity and death.
