Summary
In this project, we consider a flexible mixture cure model with interval-censored data, in which the incidence is formulated by the single-index regression and the latency is specified as the transformed semiparametric model that includes the proportional hazard model and proportional odds model as specials.
Aims
The numerical studies and the application of real data illustrate the satisfactory performance of the proposed approach.
