Title
Association between diet inhabit and prostate cancer risk
Summary
Supplement intake, including fibers, vitamins and minerals, are closely associated with prostate cancer outcomes; but the conclusions were inconsistent across studies. We want to comfirm the effects of supplement intake on prostate cancer using the supplement intake data in PLCO datasets, other dietary intake data will be used to adjust this effect. Meantime, we will use the single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) as instrumental virable to analysis the effect of supplement intake on prostate cancer by applying the Mendelian randomization (MR) method.
Aims

Our results may provide conclusion for the intake of certain supplements intake for prostate cancers and clinicians, and may help make the individuals treatment plan during the treatment and divide different groups in the design of clinical trials.
