Title
Association between aspirin, ibuprofen and endometrial cancer risk
Summary
The occurrence and development of endometrial cancer may be related to inflammation. NSAIDs have been shown to reduce the risk of certain cancers, but the effect of NSAIDs on endometrial cancer remains unclear.
Aims
To determine whether high-frequency use of aspirin and ibuprofen, based on the prospective PLCO cohort, is associated with a reduction in endometrial cancer risk.
