Title
Lung Function Prediction Project Based on CT Images
Summary
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common respiratory disease that severely affects the quality of life and prognosis of patients. Lung function assessment is one of the important indicators of COPD, of which FEV1 (the maximum gas volume exhaled forcefully in one second) and FVC (the gas volume exhaled completely after forceful exhalation) are commonly used lung function indicators. The aim of this project is to use image data and deep learning methods to predict lung function in COPD patients, providing auxiliary decision-making for early diagnosis and treatment of COPD.
Aims
Use the data provided in the application as an external test set to evaluate the performance of the developed model.
