Impact of estrogen-related dietary pattern on ovarian cancer risk and survival among premenopausal and postmenopausal women
Summary
Increased exposure to estrogen is a risk factor for ovarian cancer, and dietary factors can influence estrogen metabolism. However, studies of association between estrogen-related dietary pattern and ovarian cancer were limited. In addition, menopause is an important influencing factor for ovarian cancer. Therefore, it is of great importance on medical care and public health to explore the impact of estrogen-related dietary pattern on occurrence and prognosis of ovarian cancer among premenopausal and postmenopausal women.
Aims

Using PLCO data to explore impact of estrogen-related dietary pattern on ovarian cancer risk and survival among premenopausal and postmenopausal women.
