Title
Malignant risk prediction model was constructed based on image omics.
Summary
This study focused on the importance of imaging in the prediction of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules, extracted the imaging information from DICOM images of patients with lung nodules with clear pathology, and explored the imaging characteristics of lung nodules at different stages from the lung cancer progression chain of "precancer-cancer", that is, "benign lesion - atypical adenomatous hyperplasia - carcinoma in situ - microinvasive adenocarcinoma - invasive adenocarcinoma". The visual atlas was formed based on the image omics characteristics to provide assistance for the prediction of benign and malignant pulmonary nodules, provide guidance for clinical workers in diagnosis and treatment, and provide an objective basis for improving the evaluation system of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.
Aims
To construct a malignant risk prediction model
