Impact of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on ovarian cancer risk and survival
Summary
Ovarian cancer is the deadliest malignancy in gynecology. The occurrence and development of ovarian cancer may be related to inflammation. NSAIDs have been shown to reduce the risk of certain cancers, but the effect of NSAIDs on ovarian cancer remains unclear.
Aims
Useing PLCO data to explore the effect of aspirin and ibuprofen on risk and survival of ovarian caner.
