Summary
This project aims to develop a deep learning model to obtain pathological features from the pathological images of CRC, which will be used to evaluate the prognosis of CRC patients and discover novel prognostic biomarkers.
Aims
1.To develop a deep learning-based method for extracting pathological features from histological images of CRC patients.
2.To explore the prognostic value of these features in predicting clinical outcomes in patients with colorectal cancer.
3.An independent validation cohort of CRC patients was used to evaluate the performance of the proposed model.
