Summary
Research on intelligent screening, extraction and modeling methods of multi-disease and population characteristic data, develop collaborative analysis system and series of tools integrating multiple intelligent mining algorithms and functions such as disease risk factor analysis, case cross-temporal analysis, disease risk prediction.
Aims
Several systems for data characterization and extraction of no less than ten diseases, association mining of disease species and risk factors, mining and visualization analysis of spatio-temporal effects and disease risk prediction combined with medical knowledge can be completed, and independent deployment and functional integration can be carried out
