Summary
A careful examination of possible risk variables reveals that diets high in plant-based foods, such as fruits and vegetables, may lower the chance of getting colorectal cancer. Increased consumption of flavonols, flavan-3-ols, anthocyanins, and flavonoid polymers may aid to prevent weight gain in adolescence and may serve to improve dietary advice for the prevention of obesity and its associated sequelae .
