Title
Radiographic health assessment of cardiovascular disease risk, smoking damage, and lung cancer screening.
Summary
We developed and proposed an AI chest x-ray-based cardiovascular structure measurements and cardiovascular risk model. We aim to evaluate the AI-derived cardiovascular biomarkers on the NLST CT and/or chest X-Ray images, and analyze their relationship/correlation to their patient baseline demographics, and future cardiovascular events or mortality.
Aims

- To test and validate performance of AI-derived biomarkers for cardiovascular risk prediction, in comparison to basic indicators such as smoking, alcohol consumption, and BMI.
- To compare AI chest X-Ray performance in lung cancer screening compared to radiologists.
- To analyze the relationship between smoking status and radiographs.
