Self-supervised learning for covid-19 diagnosis via Chest X-Rays
Summary
We propose a novel self-supervised learning algorithm for covid-19 diagnosis. The PLCO dataset will be used with other large chest x-ray datasets for large-scale pretraining. We plan to build an imagenet-like CXR dataset for large-scale pretraining and the pre-trained model can be generalized to different clinical tasks.
Aims
1. To achieve automatic covid-19 diagnosis via chest x-rays using self-supervised learning without annotations.
2. To build a large-scale pre-trained CXR model for different clinical tasks.
