Summary
Select study samples and analyze GWAS to study disease progression. Furthermore, combine multiple omics into one large data for variable screening and prediction model. In addition, we can also conduct more detailed molecular mechanism studies to explain the development of disease from a biological perspective.
Aims
To discover disease biomarkers, integrate multi-omics information to study disease progression, and propose effective intervention measures.
