Title
Pretreatment CA125 trajectory combined with Body Mass Index (BMI) trajectory predicts the risk of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer.
Summary
Epithelial ovarian cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest mortality rate in gynecology. Its diagnosis is mainly based on imaging, examination and pathological examination. Epithelial ovarian cancer is difficult to detect in the early stage, with poor prognosis and easy recurrence in the late stage. CA125 is an important biomarker in epithelial ovarian cancer and has been used for monitoring efficacy and recurrence. As a vital indicator of physical condition, BMI strongly linked to risk of ovarian cancer. We plan to predict risk of epithelial ovarian cancer by using PLCO data (the demographic and clinical characteristics of epithelial ovarian cancer patient, epithelial ovarian cancer (stage, grade, histological type etc.), BMI value, CA125 value by trajectory analysis.
Aims

Detect association between BMI trajectory and risk of epithelial ovarian cancer.
Detect association between CA125 trajectory and risk of epithelial ovarian cancer.
Combine CA125 trajectory and BMI trajectory predicting risk of epithelial ovarian cancer.
