Title
Effects of weight change, dietary habits, and drug effects on cancer incidence
Summary
Obesity is a all known risk factors for more than a dozen malignancies. The growing body of observational data showing the relationship between diet, physical activity, body weight, and cancer risk and outcomes. Eating fruit and taking anti-inflammatory drugs like aspirin can also affect weight. the American Institute for Cancer Research and the American
Cancer Society cliam to (1) achieve and maintain a normal healthy weight; (2) eat a high-quality diet rich in fruits and vegetables and low in energy-dense foods and beverages; and (3) engage in regular physical activity. Less is known about the associations between the incidence of cancer and obesity-related modifiable risk factors, such as eating habits (such as fruit) and use of anti-inflammatory drugs (like aspirin).
Herein, we plan to explore associations between body weight change (age 20 and age 50) ,diet, use of anti-inflammatory drugs, and the incidence of cancer.
Aims

The associations between weight change, diet quality, use of anti-inflammatory drugs and the incidence of cancer will be evaluated.
