Title
Association between skim milk with cereal intake and risk of liver cancer incidence: A prospective cohort study
Summary
Liver cancer is still a global health challenge, with an estimated incidence of >1 million cases by 2025. Although the advances of techniques, the prognosis for primary liver cancer is still not realistic. One vital strategy for liver cancer is to prevent its’ incidence. Identification of modifiable risk factors for prevention of liver cancer is urgently needed.

The evidence about the association between skim milk with cereal consumption and liver cancer incidence is limited. This project was designed to evaluate the association in the Prostate, Lung, Colorectal, and Ovarian Cancer (PLCO) Screening cohort. In this project, cox regression model adjusted by confounding factors was used to estimate the multivariable hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs). This finding of the study is helpful cancer prevention.
Aims
