Title
A multidimensional pulmonary nodules measurement based on centerline Centerline related structural parameters
Summary
We propose a new centerline measurement method, which uses software to reconstruct the non-manifold of pulmonary nodules, extract and measure its centerline, and measure the diameter of the best fitting circle of the vertical midline according to the points on the centerline. The product of the two is used as the best fitting central plane, and the volume and superficial area of the nodule non-manifold can be obtained. The pulmonary nodule index can be measured from multiple dimensions of one-dimensional line, two-dimensional plane and three-dimensional volume. And to evaluate the guiding significance of various indexes for the invasiveness and prognosis of pulmonary nodules.
Aims
The significance of evaluating the centerline, best fitting central plane and volume of pulmonary nodules in the invasiveness and prognosis of pulmonary nodules.
