Survival Analysis for Whole Slide Images based on Multiple Instance Learning
Summary
Recent studies have shown that multi-instance learning is very suitable for the analysis of Whole Slide Images(WSIs). Deep Attention Multiple Instance Survival Learning (DeepAttnMISL) achieves good results in the task of survival analysis for WSIs. So we want to further investigate the effect of Multiple Instance Learning on pathological images in the survival analysis task.
Aims
To improve the prognosis of lung cancer patients based on MIL analysis of pathological images.
